Hello!  I'm Bernadette Williams and I’m fully qualified in Reflexology, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage.  Welcome to my page!

Who I have helped...

My client base is varied. I am trained in Reflexology for Menopause and have helped support quite a number of ladies in the permimenopausal or menopausal years. I am also trained in Vertical Reflexology and have helped support many clients with mobility issues. About 25% of my clients are residents in care homes and in this setting I have helped support people with dementia, oedema, confusion, depression, anxiety etc. I have supported some clients at the end of their life and in this situation I find that Reiki in particular comes into it’s own. Quite a number of my clients have found Reflexology beneficial for digestive issues, urinary issues, pain management, menstrual problems and stress related conditions e.g. headaches and IBS.
